Where are the works and how will you deliver to me?

All works are in temperature controlled storage in Hong Kong, with a reputable storage company that has vast experience working with esteemed Auction Houses such as Christie’s and Sothebys.

Does price include shipping and import fees?

The price is not inclusive of shipping and import/custom fees. You are very welcome to book your own shipping service

I live in HK, I’d like to arrange pick up.

Wonderful! That means you’ll receive the work almost instantly. If you prefer to pick up, I will prepare additional paperwork notifying the storage company to release the work to you.

When is payment due?

Payment is due prior to shipment. Upon agreement and receipt of your destination address, I will send you an invoice itemizing the work and shipping fees (inclusive of insurance). Bank transfer details will be listed in the invoice.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final, I appreciate your understanding. This practice is the same if you were to purchase online with a gallery or auction.
